Rally at Senator Fetterman's office

The first regularly-scheduled, weekly rally in front of Senator
Fetterman's office (12:15 to 1:15 Fridays) opposing
his view that Israel is completely blameless and Hamas is completely
and utterly guilty (Well, okay. We agree about Hamas). The rally was to
encourage Fetterman to view the Palestinian people of Gaza with some
mercy and to try, as much as possible, to preserve Palestinian lives.

For anyone who wishes to join the protest, the address is 200 Chestnut
St, Philadelphia, PA 19106 and hand-held signs are provided. it's just a few blocks away from the 2nd
Street Septa Subway Station. There's also a parkng garage a short
distance away. There will be peope with lawn/beach chairs there, so if
you bring one, you won't stick out.
Terry Rumsey & Robin Lasersohn organized the rally and they promise
to
continue it on a weekly basis until Fetterman "publicly supports(s) an
immediate, permanent ceasefire in Gaza that is aligned with U.S.
House
Resolution 786." Protest was endorsed and supported by the American Friends Service Committee, the Brandywine Peace Community and The Simple Way.
